Hey friends 👋
What a productive week this has been! I've been diving into exciting projects, finding a balance between work, and enjoying summertime. Now, let's get right into the details.
Working on Fun Stuff
I'm currently working diligently on the upcoming Mockup update for fall, which is set to introduce some fantastic new features.
One of the highlights is the addition of widgets. We'll be rolling out two types of widgets: the familiar widgets and the interactive widgets introduced in iOS 17.
I've finished the “recents” widget so far. With this one, users can quickly access the most recent sketches they've opened.
Our exceptional designer at Apprime Studio completed the beautiful design earlier. And I had to implement it in SwiftUI.
I'm not familiar with SwiftUI. However, the implementation process was smooth and fun.
Shapes Update Launching Soon
Finally, shapes are coming to Mockup. The update is now complete. And our dedicated team has meticulously crafted everything, from the "What's New" content and App Store events to the social media content.
The update has been approved by App Store Team and is scheduled for release this upcoming Friday!
Enjoying Summer Time
If you've seen my IG stories over the past few days, you may have noticed that there's a good mix between work & outside activities. I don't share much of my personal life, but I've shared some of the beautiful places I visited in Lebanon.
I used to spend my days doing either work or going out. And it made things more complicated. Plus resulted in a lot of wasted boring time.
I'm much more flexible now, and I'm loving it. I'm saying yes more to outside activities. And during the time before and even after, I'm channeling my focus and energy to work.
Overall, I was more productive at work and enjoying myself in general. Additionally, I found that sticking to exercise, good nutrition, and getting enough sleep contributed well to higher energy levels.
Of course, having my own business, async communication, and other systems I created for work helped me go this way. And I'm grateful for that.
That's the wrap for this week. Thank you for joining me on this journey. Your support means the world. Until next time!
